From James Kushner:

The Rotary Club of Inwood, in coordination with the Rotary Club of New York, has been on the ground with relief efforts since the slew of recent Hurricanes made landfall in Texas, Florida and Puerto Rico. Aside from generous grants from the New York Club and Global Giving, we have been sustained by numerous small donations from the Clubs in District 7230. Please go to the Timeline on my Facebook Page, James Kushner, to see the work we've done from the onset, in Alvin Texas, right up until today in San German, Puerto Rico, where we are working with the Rotary District Governor of Puerto Rico, Jose Lucas Rodriquez, and his ADG, Laura Blizzard. We have teamed up with the townspeople and are well fixed with lodgings, volunteers and vehicles, and will be assisting with the deliveryies of Puerto Rican Rotary supplies until we can clear our generators, solar heaters, food and water filters at the airport.

We need donations for gas, material and operating expenses to keep us rolling. Please note: We are all volunteers. We have no administrative expenses to speak of. Please give generously, and we're all hoping your event will be a success. Anyone wishing to volunteer to work with us on the ground or from your home, is welcome.
