Bill is a business leader with a number of interconnected roles.

He is Director at Mandalah where he works on regenerative business design, Owner of Seek Human, LLC where he runs his independent leadership advisory and coaching practice and Lead Facilitator / Leadership Coach for Arcadia Consulting an organization performance consultancy. He is also an angel investor and mentor in the Entrepreneurs Roundtable Accelerator in New York.

This past year, Bill was one of the co-founders of the Farms to Food Banks initiative; a group of friends who came together during the Covid crisis to help farmers and people in need. This program raised over $1 million in donations to support their charity partner, East Side House Settlement, in the Bronx.

In each of his roles Bill is exploring how to help businesses, leaders and teams evolve their thinking and practices to be a transformational force for good.

His philosophy comes from an eclectic mix of mentors, theory, and practices which he summarizes in the following way:

We are going through a big shift: from a mechanistic, hyper-individualism mindset to a regenerative, ecosystem mindset. Business is a tremendous tool to build better futures and can support this shift.

However, mechanistic thinking often seen in business discounts externalities and can severely limit our potential. There are better ways of doing business. To instigate this shift we explore some key areas:

• Purpose: How do you operate from the Soul of your person / your organization?

• People: How are you developing people so they are better after working with you / your organization?

• Ecosystem: How are you cultivating generative relationships and creating more value than you capture?

• Stewardship: How will you contribute to the health of the system and leave your little piece better than you found it?

Bill lives in Brooklyn, NY but loves spending time in the mountains around Park City, Utah. He enjoys the power of art, music, and play to instigate creativity and transformation. He is an avid player of the hang drum and a jiu jitsu practitioner with his blue belt.

Earlier in life, Bill served as COO/CMO of a consumer internet company which he and his partners grew and then sold to 1-800-Flowers. He was also co-owner of a seminar business teaching socially conscious business principles. Before that, he worked as bond trader and was part of the founding team as global business manager for a $1.5 billion proprietary desk. Bill started his career as a management consultant at Accenture/Arthur Anderson Consulting
