Rotary Day at the United Nations - 2019
 
RI President Mark Maloney’s 1st Presidential Conference of the year will be Rotary Day at the United Nations in NYC. This unique one-day event will illustrate Rotary’s 75-year history with the UN and the incredible work of Rotarians supporting displaced persons.

On November 9, 2019, join Rotary at the United Nations in recognizing People of Action who are devising community-based solutions to the global refugee crisis.

Through a series of flash talks, engaging breakouts and plenary speeches, this event offers expansive opportunities for the public to learn about and support projects in refugee settlements and beyond. Guests will first-hand experiences of resettled refugees, humanitarian actors and individuals creating community-based solutions that empower refugees, leverage their talents, and connect them to opportunities.

Standard tickets are $75, with a limited number of discounted $50 tickets for young professionals 35  years and younger.
