Scholar of the Month Program
Scholar of Month
Ten months of each year, the RCNY Community Service Committee, awards a scholarship to a deserving student selected by a supervising teacher and/or counselor from one of our partner schools. The student receives a cash scholarship intended to help allow him/her to move on to college.
Our Partner Schools are: DeWitt Clinton High School; Frederick Douglass Academy; Gregorio Luperon High School; Rice High School; and the High School of Math, Science and Engineering. This project is very popular with members and schools alike.
