Earthquake Relief Fundraiser for Turkey/Syria huge success!
On Thursday, March 23 the Rotary Club of New York was generously offered the showroom of Vogel NYC by our member Fabio Berardi to have an evening of social engagement with the element of raising funds for our RCNY Earthquake Relief Fund. Member Shawn Jacobaccio graciously donated offering of his John Fitch Distillery products for both consumption on location as well as being raffled of as the evening progressed.
About 60 guests Rotarians and friends joined in the Fun event for a great cause and the chef of John Fitch Distillery did his magic on mixing wonderfully tasty Bourbon drinks.
Then President Levent conducted the raffle with the great help of his wife and his team and the evening came to an end with the winners being drawn for various prices ranging from drink packages from John Fitch Distillery and a pair of custom shoes from Vogel NYC.
The event raised $2,500 for our Relief Fund!
A heartfelt thanks goes out to all who participated, donated and made the evening a raving success!
